Questions, answered plainly

Is the website really free?

Yes. There is no build fee and no bill later for the site itself. The $297 a month pays for keeping it live and for the missed-call, lead, review, and booking system behind it.

What is the difference between Core and Connected?

Core is the site plus everything that runs on it: missed-call texts, lead alerts, review requests, and booking. Connected adds a link into the job or booking software you already use, so new leads show up there without anyone retyping them, plus a monthly report. We confirm your software can connect before you upgrade.

When do the texts start?

Your site goes live the day you claim it. Texting from a business number needs approval from the phone carriers, which usually takes one to two weeks. We file it the same day, and until it clears, new leads still reach you by email.

What happens after 7 days?

The preview link is taken down. If you claimed it, it stays up and moves to your domain. If you did not, it simply disappears and you owe nothing.

Do I own my domain?

Always. It is registered in your business name. If you already have one, we connect it. If not, you buy one (about $15 a year) and we help you point it at the site.

What if I already have a website?

Send the link. We build the new one alongside it, and you compare. Nothing changes on your current site until you say so.

How fast will I get my preview?

Usually within 48 hours of sending your business name, often the same day.

Can I request changes?

As many as you like, before and after you claim it. Text or email what you want changed and it gets done.

What happens if I cancel?

The subscription ends at the close of your billing month. You keep your domain. The site and the system behind it are switched off.

Do you work outside Atlanta?

Yes. Most clients are in metro Atlanta, but everything happens online, so the city on the site is the only thing that changes.
