Terms of service

These terms apply to Elysian Studio ("we", "us"), the elysianstudio.co website, and the services we provide. By requesting a preview or subscribing, you agree to them.

Free previews

We build a preview of a website for your business at no cost and with no obligation. If you do not claim it, the preview is taken down after 7 days and you owe nothing.

Subscriptions and billing

• If you claim your site, you subscribe to a monthly plan at the price shown when you sign up. There is no setup fee and no contract.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may pause your site and services until it is.

Your domain and your content

Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours if you leave. The text, photos, logos, and business information you provide remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to build and run your site. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. The site's design and code are ours. If you cancel, the site and the systems behind it are switched off.

Using the text-message features

If your plan includes missed-call text-back, lead alerts, or review requests, you agree to use them only to contact people who reached out to your business first or who agreed to hear from you, and to follow applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Carriers require us to register your business before texting begins. Approval usually takes two to four weeks, and we cannot control the carriers' timeline.

Text messages from us

Program: Elysian Studio sends texts about preview requests, scheduling, and account updates to people who provide their phone number to us. Frequency: varies. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or email hello@elysianstudio.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how we handle your number.

Availability and liability

We work to keep every site online and every feature working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results, such as a number of leads or reviews. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
